科研成果:近五年来,围绕兽用中药资源与制剂研究方向,研制新中兽药8类,其中获得临床批件5个,注册资料上报农业部2个,获得神农中华农业科技二等奖,四川省科技进步三等奖,市级科技进步一等和三等奖共四项,获得授权专利13项,其中转让7项。
承担课题:近五年来,围绕兽用中药资源与制剂研究方向,承担国家级、省部级和企业横向项目30余项,其中主持国家自然基金面上项目2项,参与和主持省级成果转化项目10余项,研究成果转让企业和接受企业委托开展该领域的相关课题10余项,为该领域科学研究的开展提供了保障。

◆我的团队
行业的发展,离不开科技创新,只有不断提高行业的自主创新能力,才能带动行业的快速发展。当前,我国中兽药领域技术水平普遍较低,技术力量落后,一大批行业关键及共性技术如中兽药制备工艺、质量评价、药效学评价等相关的中兽药现代化工程技术需要突破;中兽药药材种植加工,安全性评价以及针对不同动物的临床评价技术等行业技术规范需要形成和完善;中兽药新药研发能力有待提高,传统的中兽药制剂和剂型已经不能完全适应动物疾病的需要,一些现代剂型如缓控、速释制剂尚未引入中兽药新药研制中。与中药现代化相比,中兽药技术的落后已经严重阻碍了中兽药行业的进一步发展,导致中兽药的优势不能充分发挥。
在此背景下,四川农业大学动物医学院于2014年成立了“天然药物研究中心”,经过三年来对研究方向不断的凝练,形成了以实现中药的现代化、规模化和产业化为宗旨,长期开展中药的发掘和种植、活性成分化学结构修饰及其构效关系、抗感染机制、综合利用与开发和中兽药的研制五个方面研究工作,并取得可喜成绩,中心成员主持和参与国家级项目、省级及横向项目30余项;发表SCI论文50余篇,获得国家发明专利22个,获得新兽药临床批件3个。
以四川农业大学动物医学院的“天然药物研究中心”为依托,组建“新中兽药创制中心-四川省中医药产业创新团队”,可突破制约行业发展的技术瓶颈,提高中兽药行业整体科技水平,促进中兽药产业快速发展。
发展目标:拟整合四川农业大学动物医学院“天然药物研究中心”和四川省乃至全国各兽药企业的研究力量,组建四川省最强的新中兽药研究团队,开展新中兽药创制研究,实现以下三个领域的中兽药产业化:兽用中药材种植、炮制及流通;中兽药及中兽药添加剂的研制;药食同源饲料添加剂的研制。
