◆我的团队
本人是“植物系统进化与资源评价利用”研究团队的负责人。运用细胞遗传学、物种生物学、分子生物学和生物信息学等理论技术,深入开展禾本科植物分类、系统发育和进化关系研究,探讨小麦族重要多年生属的系统进化关系,解决一些物种的分类疑问;开展西南地区特用植物资源的收集保存、遗传评价和种质筛选,发掘有价值的基因资源;开展天然产物的分离纯化,对有应用价值的资源开展引种驯化、快速繁殖和规范化栽培等研究;开展丹参、重楼、鸢尾和百合等特用植物的繁殖特性研究;利用物理射线、光/电磁波、远缘杂交和转基因等技术,开展作物及近缘种属、观赏植物和中药材等资源创新改良。近5年,本团队获国家自然科学基金3项,其他国家级和部省级项目16项,总经费1250万元,获四川省科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1项,发表论文125篇,其中SCI收录60余篇。
