◆个人简历
1993开始在四川农业大学动物医学院工作,1998年获南京农业大学预防兽医学博士学位。2006-2007年在加拿大农业部食品研究所(Food Research Program, Agriculture and Agri-food Canada)访问学习一年。在猪、鸡、鱼、宠物等动物肠道正常菌群方面进行了较系统的研究,先后承担省部级科技项目10余项。 研究方向: 1)利用基因组和转录组技术研究动物消化道疾病发生过程中微生物群落的结构、功能和相互作用; 2)利用高通量测序技术研究动物体内微生物的多样性,尤
