◆个人简历
吴定涛,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,硕士留学生导师,国家食药同源产业科技创新联盟理事,四川农业大学高层次引进人才(校双支计划拔尖人才)。
现主要从事特色农产品、食药同源植物、食药用真菌等的功能活性因子研究及其质量评价关键技术研究,致力于开发新型的功能性食品和保健品。研究工作获得国家自然科学基金、四川省科技计划项目重点研发课题、四川省科技计划项目应用基础面上课题、四川省中药管理局项目等课题资助。
近5年,已发表SCI论文85余篇。以第一作者和通讯作者在Trends Food Sci Tech,Carbohyd. Polym,Food Hydrocolloid,J. Funct. Foods,Int. J. Biol. Macromol等国际期刊上发表SCI文章45余篇,其中ESI热点论文2篇,累积影响因子160有余,单篇最高影响因子8.519,总引用次数达1000余次(Google检索),单篇最高引用80余次,h-index为21。获2016年度中国澳门特别行政区科学技术奖励“研究生科技研发奖”1项、2019年度四川省科技进步二等奖1项、2019年度四川省食品工业科学技术奖一等奖(技术发明类)1项。
